1. B2B Database Licensing & Usage Agreement

All targeted business email lists purchased from our B2B email list marketplace are licensed for standard B2B sales prospecting, lead generation, and outbound marketing campaigns. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the records. Reselling, bulk copying, sharing, or leasing our B2B databases to third parties is strictly prohibited. 2. Deliverability Guarantee & Coins Refund Policy

We maintain a 95%+ email deliverability guarantee. Due to the high validation standards of our Data Veracity Protocol, email bounce rates should not exceed 5%. If you experience bounces higher than 5% within 14 days of purchase, please submit your campaign bounce logs through the Inquiry Bureau. Our audit team will review the log and credit the corresponding amount of Emaillist Coins back to your account profile.
